for students at some major cities is conducted in November and February
each year. During this programme the students can interact with
the lecturers and can get their doubts cleared on topics included
in their syllabus. Details of this programme are sent to the students
of the particular city and the adjoining areas sufficiently in advance. |

Problems and Doubts
: |

Students can write
to the professors in case they have any doubt about the material
sent to them. They may write to them about any problem they face
out of that material only. Our professors will solve the problems
if they are relevant and are from the syllabus and will send the
answers promptly to the students. |

A student who stands
first in the Board or University Exam of X/XI/XII will be granted
a scholarship which entitles him/her to be enrolled as a student
with full fee concession, i.e. all the course material will be sent
to him/her free of cost. |

Student should
apply for this scholarship attaching along with their application
a copy of the FIRST RANK certificate. If there is no such certificate
they should obtain one from the principal of the School/College
where they last studied. |

Note : |
It should be clearly understood that a School/College Topper
or a Subject Topper is not entitled to this scholarship. The
student should have stood first in the Board/University Examination.
To win the scholarship students are advised to fill in and
send the forms as early as possible as the scholarships are
limited in number.

Concession |

40% concession in the course fee will be awarded to the gifted students
who secure 95% and above, of the average marks obtained in Science
& Mathematics in any 10th Board examination.

Currency notes in payment of the fee should not be sent with the
Enrolment Form duly filled in as it is risky and against Postal
regulations. We will not hold ourselves responsible for the loss
of currency notes if they are sent with the completed Enrolment
Form. When the completed Enrolment Form is handed over personally
at the office, the fee for the course can be paid in cash at the
office at the computerised cash counter.

not entertain any request for stoppage of dispatch of study material.
Change of address in exceptional cases, or stoppage or resumption

Copy of the Admit Card must be enclosed with the letter. Telephonic
requests will not be entertained unless confirmed in writing. |
