Students who intend to appear in AFMC can ask for Additional Material on Intelligence/Mental Ability Test which will enable them to understand what this Test is all about and will prepare them thoroughly for this Test.

Students who wish to appear in Medical Entrance Test of AIIMS can apply for Additional Material on General Knowledge. This will be beneficial as it will give them a brief synopsis of all important events both National and International which are likely to be asked in the examination.

Students who intend to appear for MGIMS (Wardha) can seek the help of this institute to prepare for the paper on Gandhian Thought which is a compulsory subject. Students of Correspondence Course can opt for Additional Material on Gandhian Thought to prepare themselves on the subject.

Students who wish to take Entrance Tests like JIPMER/AFMC can apply for Additional Material on English to brush up their knowledge and have an idea of what is likely to be asked in the examination.

All lessons are dispatched to the students by registered post/courier to ensure delivery, and also to ensure that lessons are not lost in transit in the crucial days before the examination.

The reading material on each subject is constantly revised and updated, keeping in view the trend of the papers of the last few years. The professors at Sachdeva New P.T. College are always on the lookout for questions which can be included in the curriculum for the benefit of the students.

A contact programme for students at some major cities is conducted in November and February each year. During this programme the students can interact with the lecturers and can get their doubts cleared on topics included in their syllabus. Details of this programme are sent to the students of the particular city and the adjoining areas sufficiently in advance.

Students can write to the professors in case they have any doubt about the material sent to them. They may write to them about any problem they face out of that material only. Our professors will solve the problems if they are relevant and are from the syllabus and will send the answers promptly to the students.

A student who stands first in the Board or University Exam of X/XI/XII will be granted a scholarship which entitles him/her to be enrolled as a student with full fee concession, i.e. all the course material will be sent to him/her free of cost.

Student should apply for this scholarship attaching along with their application a copy of the FIRST RANK certificate. If there is no such certificate they should obtain one from the principal of the School/College where they last studied.

40% concession in the course fee will be awarded to the gifted students who secure 95% and above, of the average marks obtained in Science & Mathematics in any 10th Board examination.

30% concession in the course fee will be awarded to the students who secure 85% and above, of the average marks obtained in Science and Mathematics in any 10th Board examination.

All candidates who belong to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe shall be granted 25% concession in the fee.

Students should send the form and the requisite fee (deducting 25%) along with a photostat/attested copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority certifying that they belong to schedule caste/Tribe.

Fill in completely the enclosed Enrolment Form (mention the year of appearing specifically).

Affix photographs in the space provided in the Form compulsorily.

Your Mailing Address should be complete & in capital letters.

Affix and attach 3 colour Photographs for Form, Official Record and Studentship Card respectively.

Enclose a copy of Marksheet of the Exam last undertaken.

Ensure remittance of full amount of fees.

The full fee for the course should be remitted to us either by M.O. or D.D. drawn in favour of Sachdeva New P.T. College, Delhi.

In case of sending M.O., the course for which M.O. is being sent should be indicated clearly in the coupon along with the students full name & postal address.

Currency notes in payment of the fee should not be sent with the Enrolment Form duly filled in as it is risky and against Postal regulations. We will not hold ourselves responsible for the loss of currency notes if they are sent with the completed Enrolment Form. When the completed Enrolment Form is handed over personally at the office, the fee for the course can be paid in cash at the office at the computerised cash counter.

Foreign students can pay the fee in foreign exchange. They are to remit Rs. 2000.00 extra to cover additional postage expenses.

You must dispatch to us the feed back slip, immediately after receiving every instalment.

You are expected to work out the Model Test Papers/Question Bank/Practice Tests and Other Tests with sincerity, but we do not leave you in doubt & confusion when you get stuck. We provide full solutions to the Tests after allowing enough time to our students to attempt them on their own.

Keep your Studentship Card intact. It will be required for attending contact programmes.

In every correspondence with us you are required to mention your Studentship Number.

Send a Xerox Copy of your Admit Card of any Entrance Examination you are going to take immediately after receiving the same.

After taking any Competitive Exam, it is the foremost duty of a student that he/she intimates to us while mentioning his/her studentship number regarding his/her success at the earliest along with documentary proof so that we can send a special gift to our valued students, which is meant for every successful student.

In case of any type of delay/discrepancy a student may write to The Co-ordinator, Correspondence Course Division, Sachdeva New P.T. College, 526, Industrial Estate, Patparganj, Delhi- 92.

Normally, we do not entertain any request for stoppage of dispatch of study material. Change of address in exceptional cases, or stoppage or resumption of dispatch etc., will be made only on written request. A Xerox Copy of the Admit Card must be enclosed with the letter. Telephonic requests will not be entertained unless confirmed in writing.
